Systemiq Capital is a venture capital fund backing tech founders solving planet scale problems. The fund is based in London, and was originally incubated by the world’s leading climate consulting company Systemiq. As of Q4-25, Systemiq Capital manages $140m AUM.

The fund invests across Europe and North America with a focus on Series A/B companies applying software to the physical world. Systemiq Capital’s investment strategy targets three core themes:

Electrification: Software for distributed energy, data centers, EV charging, power trading, and industrial efficiency.

Decoding Nature: Tech-enabled platforms for biodiversity, synthetic biology, and regenerative agriculture.

Applied AI: bringing advances in AI to complex physical industries like logistics, manufacturing and real estate.

Since launching Fund I in 2018, Systemiq Capital has backed successful startups like Ohme (EV charging); BaseCamp Research (AI for biodiversity); ElectronX (US’ first hourly power exchange); ArchetypeAI (physical AI for manufacturing).
