Deputy Head of Innovation and Technology, IPI Singapore
Michael Goh is Deputy Head of Innovation and Technology with IPI where he leads a multidisciplinary team in addressing the technology and innovation needs of enterprises.
Before joining IPI, Michael was the Deputy Director, Enterprise Development Department, Infrastructure Capability Development Division in Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), where he worked with public agencies to develop IP management capabilities. Michael was also with ETPL (now A*ccelerate), the commercialisation arm of Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), where he was involved in commercialising technologies from research, managing technology portfolios, undertaking technology and commercial intelligence projects, as well as developing go-to-market strategies for new technologies. Michael spent eight years as a project manager of defence related projects before ETPL.
Michael graduated with a Masters of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology.
