Chief Strategy Officer, StartupX
Joyce is the Chief Strategy Officer at StartupX, the innovation consultancy she helped co-founded. She was formerly the Programme Head for BLOCK71 Singapore & Indonesia. Prior to that, she kickstarted a few startups (some did decent, some failed), was part of Singapore's national broadcaster's first venture builder, and launched a digital venture for a financial institution. In 2018, Joyce launched StartupX with her partners following a decade growing one of the largest startup communities in Southeast Asia. She has developed and launched accelerators in the sustainability, arts and impact space across Southeast Asia, including HyperX, the world's first sustainability hackcelerator co-developed with Temasek.
